Prospect Burma
We don't know what will happen in Burma tomorrow, but it is important that we are ready for change and transition when it takes place.

Therefore I want to be part of the struggle to build a more peaceful and just society, and use the skills I have gained to benefit the country as a whole.
Daw Aung San Suu Kyi Released From House Arrest
Saturday, 13 November 2010 00:00
Prospect Burma joins Aung San Suu Kyi's family and the Burmese people in welcoming her release from house arrest and hopes that it may mark the beginning of meaningful dialogue and peaceful change.

In due course we will be able to tell her of the work you have enabled us to do, and of the hundreds of Burmese students whose education you have funded.

It is now more important than ever that we continue to forge ahead with our scholarship programme. All our students commit to return to Burma with their skills when they can.

If you would like to make a donation to mark her release you can do so on line by clicking the Just Giving button at the top right hand corner of this page. On behalf of all our students, thank you for your support.
