Join Prospect Burma's Facebook Group

Many of our students and alumni have told us that they would like to communicate regularly with other Prospect Burma scholars - to compare experiences, to share ideas, or to find out how fellow Burmese overcome the challenges of student life outside their own country.

We, too, are keen to hear from our past and present students. Feedback from you helps to ensure that our scholarships are targeted effectively. And our donors - who make your education possible - are always interested to learn through us how you are progressing.

We have therefore created a Prospect Burma Facebook group for you to keep in touch with us and each other. It is a closed group which means that what you write will be seen only by other members. Membership is strictly limited to Prospect Burma students and alumni and all applicants must have our prior endorsement, providing a further level of security.

To become a member, please follow these instructions:

  1. STEP ONE: If you haven't already opened a Facebook account, open one now. Signing up is as easy as aquiring a Gmail / Hotmail / Yahoo email account. You can register for a Facebook account here.
  2. STEP TWO: Please review your Facebook 'Privacy Settings' to make sure you are satisfied with the amount of personal information that other Prospect Burma group members will be able to view.
  3. STEP THREE: Enter Prospect Burma in the serach box on your Profile page, or click on Prospect Burma, and request to join (right hand side of the page).
